Analysis

Another Sinking-focused ID, with okayish 11/16/16 clashing initially, but can reach 15/20/19 if his Sinking conditionals are met, with potential for even more damage and clash power because of his Plus Coin Boost buff on his skill 3 *and* +5 Offense Level for all of his skills. Though, unless he has multiple skill slots or back to back Skill 3s on the dashboard, he won't be able to effectively utilize the boost of Plus Coin Boost due to his lack of coins on his Skill 1 and 2.

In terms of Sinking, His skill 2 inflicts Sinking Count consistently, and being able to inflict Sinking Count on clash win instead of on hit is invaluable in making sure he doesn't drain all the Sinking Potency on an enemy if they have only one Sinking Count left. He can inflict Count on his skill 3 as well, but it is not as consistent as it requires being able to stagger or kill an enemy. His Skill 3 absorbs 10 Sinking Potency on an enemy, but it's a 50% chance to not absorb any Sinking at all, so with a bit of luck, you can gain the bonus effects and still keep stacking Sinking on enemies.

Pros

-Okay clash power that becomes good with Sinking teams

-Skill 2 helps keep Sinking Count active on enemies since it inflicts Count on clash win

-Skill 1 and 2 help fuel Rime Shank, an invaluable EGO for Sinking teams

Cons

-Coin boost buff is not as effective unless having multiple skill slots of Skill 3s on the dashboard due to lack of coins on his other skills

-Skill 3 is RNG-reliant as to whether it absorbs Sinking or not and can mess up your Potency stack

-Support Passive reduces SP on allies, which is a boon for Negative Coin IDs, but the amount of Positive Coin IDs far outweigh the negative ones
